Exchanges: If an item doesn't meet your expectations, it can be exchanged, with shipping costs covered by the client.
Initiating Exchanges: Must be done within 24-48 hours of receipt. Returned items are assessed, and a 25% deduction may apply for not meeting conditions.
Refund Processing: Takes up to five days.
Custom Pieces: Custom items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
